How far is Norppa-Majat from city of Savonlinna?
We are an easy 30 minutes drive (35 km) from the city center of Savonlinna.
Do we need a car to arrive into Norppa-Majat?
Unfortunately there isn’t any public transportation from Savonlinna to our village during summer time. Pick up can be agreed from Savonlinna. Ask more from us.
How can I get from Helsinki International Airport to Norppa-Majat?
There are many options. You can take a flight to Savonlinna, or arrive with train, bus or rental car.
Are there any outdoor activities at Norppa-Majat?
Yes there is! In the middle of nature and Lake Saimaa you can do a lot of different kind of activities. Norppa-Majat rents kayaks, SUP-boards, snowshoes etc. Please see our equipment rental page.
Is there National Parks near by?
Yes, National Parks Linnansaari and Kolovesi are about 1 hour drive away from us.
Do I have to clean the villa before check-out ?
Yes, you have to. Unless you have paid for cleaning services. Please order this service at least 2 days before your check-out.
How I get the cottage key?
This is agreed with customer, but usually key will be at the villa/cottage door at customer arrival.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check-out time is 12 am.
Check-in time 4 pm.
